                He is survived by a daughter, Mary Chase-Carey of Zanesville; four grandsons; Matthew (Katie) Carey of Dresden, Nicholas (LeeAnne) Carey of Coshocton, Morgan (Hannah) Carey of Howard, and Michah “MJ” (Cassandra) Carey of Newark; five great-grandchildren; Keegan, Zoee, Lana, Lincoln, and Hallie Carey; a sister Betty Lillibridge; and  many nieces and nephews.        

                In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by siblings Dorothy, Charles and Malcolm Chase, Lois Aaron and Helen Kamban; and a son-in-law, Mike Carey.

                A private family funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, Oct. 15, 2021 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw, with Pastor Ron Davis officiating.
